ECSI developed and customized an easy to use data capture solution to meet the unique needs of each client.  ECSI provides suppliers with an agency specific electronic 'ECAT Kit' from which to create an electronic catalog.  The ECSI 'ECAT Kit' is a highly customized Microsoft Excel based workbook that allows users to detail the specific contract data requested and required for submission to an agency using easily understood and common contract terminology. Interacting with the 'ECAT Kit' requires no specialized training beyond an understanding of basic Excel functions such as 'cut', 'copy' and 'paste'. ECSI has taken advantage of custom features within Excel that allow direct instruction and interaction with the user to provide clear and concise real-time help. The 'ECAT Kit' is small and easily transferable allowing suppliers to manage and update contract data literally anywhere, at any time.
